Twelve Oaks Farm in Teigngrace, a working farm of nearly 250 acres, specializing in Charolais beef cattle, is bordered by the River Teign and on the edge of the village of Teigngrace. We have both caravan park and holiday cottage facilities for you to enjoy.

Set in quiet rural surroundings there is no main road outside the site, leaving you to enjoy a peaceful sleep.

We pride ourselves on the fact that we are owner-managed and previous visitors have commented on the friendly personal service they receive.

We loved our stay at Twelve oaks. Friendly staff, great facilities including the swimming pool which is a fantastic treat for the kids. The reception and shop is very well stocked with everything you may need for your stay. Easy access from main roads and in close proximity to market town Newton Abbot and the Dartmoor national park. The cleanliness of the toilets and the showers was remarkable. 10/10.

Nice clean camp with good even pitches and excellent facilities.

The large size and layout of pitches. Well screened with lots of trees and foliage so heard lots of bird song/wildlife with amazing views too. Exceptionally clean facilities and liked the fact that music played in that area. Welcoming and very friendly staff. Amazing outdoor pool area too.

Great site, pleasant staff,good pitches ,clean toilets &showers,close to all amenities, good camp shop ,everything you needed Definitely stay here again.

Excellent swimming pool, well stocked shop including very local produce, cooked food on site if you like, dog walking space, good toilet block. Staff friendly and helpful - we were a little unsure when we arrived to find pitch allocated would not really be big enough but it was resolved quickly and the hardstanding pitch we were on was very good. Even though it was busy it was not noisy at night at all. Fishing just a walk down the road which was a lovely little spot. Site is set up in lots of smaller areas which means not just a huge boring field. Enjoyed it much more than expected - thank you 🙂

Great site, very central to lots of things in Devon. We all loved the pool, staff friendly and helpful. Facilities very clean even when site was quite full. We would all def stay again 😍

Been here many years ago and will not wait for so long to return. Absolutely fantastic
Great pitches on a well layed out site with heated swimming pool and shop plus award winning luxury ablutions. There is a good washing up room and laundry with plenty of hot water The site is clean and well kept The playground had very good equipment. It was lovely to see the free range chickens with our grandchildren.

We stayed in the beech lodge, which was spacious, clean and had a lovely holiday vibe. We stayed over August Bank holiday and while the holiday park was was full, it never felt busy, the noise level was minimal and the facilities were never over crowded. The little touches of fresh eggs, milk and homemade cupcakes was a lovely touch. The essentials of tea, coffee and sugar were also very welcome after a long drive to get there. The park owners and all staff were extremely friendly and very helpful and we will definitely be returning here in the future.
