Our Amazing Cottages
Farm House
The Twelve Oaks Farmhouse was once used as the home for the owners of the farm, now stunningly converted into a holiday home you can now relax in this plush newly refurbished home.
Oak Apple Cottage
Oak Apple is one of our brand new luxury holiday cottages, fitted with top of the range modern kitchens and bathrooms. Extremely well furnished throughout with all the facilities you need to relax and enjoy the benefits of the countryside.
Walnut Cottage
Walnut cottage is one of our newly built cottages, finished to the highest quality and comfort like all of our luxury cottages. The cottage is open plan and finished to a quality contemporary standard.
Acorn Cottage
Acorn is the first of the semi detached self catering cottages and has a comfortable furnished open plan living-room with kitchen and dining areas, the kitchen is well equipped with New England pine units.
Oak Leaves Cottage
Oak Leaves next door to Acorn is equally well decorated and equipped, the only difference being the oak units in the kitchen area.
Appleblossom Cottage

Fishing at Twelve Oaks
Twelve Oaks Farm Holiday Park has a closeby beautiful, well stocked lake for your coarse fishing enjoyment.
We have a full range of fish and plenty of swims to choose from.
Stover Trail
Stover Country Park contains over 114 acres of woodland, heathland, grassland, lakes and marshes with a substantial network of paths, benches and located on our door step.
